Frequently asked questions
How do I get to Texel?
From Den Helder the TESO ferry sails to the island every half hour. The crossing takes twenty minutes. From the harbour it is about a twenty minute drive to De Koog.
Is parking free?
Yes, you park for free on our own grounds, right next to the hotel.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome in most rooms and in the bistro. Let us know with your booking and we will set out a basket and a bowl of water.
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
You can cancel free of charge up to seven days before arrival. After that we charge the first night.
